Purpose
HACCP Refresher training is required as part of the Coles Supplier Requirements. This interactive and self-paced online learning course has been reviewed by Coles and meets the Coles Supplier Requirements for "refresher training" for your HACCP Team Leaders and Champions, required every three years. Participants will discover the importance of HACCP, identify food safety requirements and describe the steps used in developing a HACCP system.
