Our Credentials

Telarc is formally recognised as an accredited Certification/Registration Body by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System - Australia and New Zealand) to certify quality and environmental management systems. JAS-ANZ is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the world association of Conformity Assessment Accreditation Bodies involved in management systems, products, services and personnel certification/registration programmes.

Each year, JAS-ANZ assesses us against the relevant international standard: ISO/IEC 17021 Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.

Accreditation to this standard assures users of our competency and impartiality.

Telarc assessors are professionally trained and qualified, have industry experience and most are registered with the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA). They have wide experience in the implementation of management systems across a broad range of New Zealand industries. The integrity of their assessments is ensured through their independent, third party approach and not being involved in consultancy with their certification clients. Telarc recognises the importance of impartiality in carrying out its certification activities.
