Ownership and structure

Telarc SAI Ltd, a registered company, is a Crown Entity Subsidiary in terms of the Crown Entity Act 2004. It is owned by the Testing Laboratory Registration Council (75%) and SAI Global Limited, Sydney, Australia (25%).

The Annual Report and Statement of Intent of the Testing Laboratory Registration Council are tabled in Parliament each year by the Minister of Commerce. They cover the activities of International Accreditation New Zealand and Telarc SAI Ltd. Copies may be downloaded below or requested as hardcopies from Telarc. The Annual Reports are to be read in conjunction with the Audit New Zealand document Matters Relating to the Electronic Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements.
