Physiotherapy Auditing

Telarc is an ACC Approved Audit Agency to audit Physiotherapy Practices against SNZHB 8171.1: 2005 and meet the Endorsed Provider Network contract criteria.

An audit workbook tool SNZ HB 8171.1:2005 Physiotherapy Services Audit Workbook has been developed to help you prepare for audit. It contains the standard required for certification and examples of what you need to achieve to meet the standard.

The objective for every Telarc auditor is to have the client benefit from the audit experience. Auditors first get to understand the client’s business, its goals and the systems that are in place. Practice manuals are then reviewed to see what business processes are in place and checked against the standards.

During the on-site audit, auditors will include matters essential to the client’s business goals. The report will discuss those areas that are doing well and provide recommendations on improvements that will help the client.
